It is hoped residents will use this page to sell items. This is in its early stages so please bear with us whilst we develop this, thank you.

Items for sale can be emailed to Stow.Residents@yahoo.com. Placement of any advertisement on this site it as the discretion of the Chair. It is intended that items for sale may only be purchased by members of our association.
To list the items for sale from information received without alteration.
The Association is not responsible for any mis-listing, mis-selling or outstanding payments
The Association website is purely a tool for local residents/businesses to advertise items for sale
Any arising dispute will be between the seller and the purchaser
The Association will provide Trading Standards or any other similar body with information when so required to do so in writing.
The Association may place links and advertisements of genuine businesses on the site at their discretion.
To correctly advertise the item being sold
To provide The Association with name address, email and telephone number. This may be passed on to the prospective purchaser.
To give the buyer an opportunity to inspect the item(s) to ensure the description matches. (this can be done at time of collection).
To notify the Association by email when the item has been paid for and collected so the item can be removed from the website.
To provide The Association with your name address, email and telephone number. This may be passed on to the seller.
To contact the seller within 3 days to arrange collection and payment. Where the seller is a company and direct contact details are provided, there is no reason to contact the Association giving purchaser details prior to purchase.
